Freshman year I was really skinny and had some stamina from sports but had almost never been to the gym and would consistently get small nagging injuries like wrist, shoulder, and hip pains. When I started working with Rashad a lot of my tennis muscles started building up over weeks, where I was a lot more durable to last through 6 or 7 matches over the weekend. Leading up to now I haven’t had any injuries from tennis and have put on a lot more muscle. Not only has this experience helped limit injuries but has also made me quicker on court and seriously increased the speed I can hit the ball. Since I have started working with Rashad I have gone from a champ to ranked about 45 in Texas.
